Description
This mandala is handmade using weathered Cedar fence picket wood and painted with artist oils. A pounded copper disc makes a bright accent in the center to finish off the design. Each piece of wood is wire brushed, bleached, hand cut to size and shape, and painted with diluted artist oil paint. The artist's monogram is discretely placed with the year of making on the front side.The back of the piece is finished with kraft paper, titled and signed by the artist and picture hanging wired is installed. The entire piece is sealed with lacquer. Cleaning and dusting this art is as simple as using a brush attachment on your vacuum cleaner.
